Updated December 2025

Updated from 5-Step to 6-Point with Jaw Clench for maximum neural activation. The complete brain reset protocol.

Key Insight

Update (v013): This protocol has been updated from the original "5-Step Method" to include the Jaw Clench for maximum neural activation.

Most people think "transmutation" is just deep breathing. They are wrong. Breathing moves air. The Lock moves energy.

If you are just breathing, you are relaxing. If you want to transmute—to turn sexual frustration into focus—you need to create physiological pressure.

This is the 6-Point Energy Lock.

The 6 Simultaneous Actions

Do not do these sequentially. You must engage all 6 points at the same time when you start your inhale.

1. Nasal Inhalation (吸 - The Fuel)

  • Action: Inhale deeply and aggressively through your nose.
  • Why: Mouth breathing signals panic. Nasal breathing signals control and nitric oxide release.

2. Tongue Press (顶 - The Circuit)

  • Action: Press the tip of your tongue firmly against the roof of your mouth (hard palate), just behind your front teeth.
  • Why: This connects the "Magpie Bridge" (in Qigong), closing the energy circuit between the front and back channels of the body.

3. Jaw Clench (咬 - The Tension) [NEW]

  • Action: Bite down. Clench your molars together hard.
  • Why: The jaw is neurologically connected to pelvic tension. By consciously locking the jaw, you create steady cranial tension that "holds" the rising energy in the brain.

4. Eyes Upward (视 - The Focus)

  • Action: Roll your eyes up as if looking through the top of your skull (towards the pineal gland). You can keep eyelids closed.
  • Why: This stimulates the optic nerve and shifts brainwaves from Beta (stress) to Alpha (flow).

5. Anus Lift (提 - The Pump) [CRITICAL]

  • Action: Contract your PC muscles (perineum) and pull upwards. Like you are stopping urine, but harder.
  • Why: This is the mechanical pump. It physically pushes blood from the engorged genitals upwards into the torso and spine. Without this, energy stays stuck down below.

6. Grip Fists (攥 - The Anchor)

  • Action: Clench both hands into tight fists.
  • Why: Increases overall systemic tension, engaging the sympathetic nervous system to "fight" the urge rather than surrender to it.

The Sequence: 30 Seconds

This fits perfectly into the 5-20-5 timing.

0:00 - 0:05 (Inhale Phase)

  • Start ALL 6 Locks instantly.
  • Inhale (Nose) + Tongue + Jaw + Eyes + Lift + Fists.
  • Feel the energy being ripped upwards.

0:05 - 0:25 (Hold Phase)

  • MAINTAIN ALL 6 LOCKS.
  • Do not relax your jaw or anus.
  • Feel the pressure build in your head (this is good).
  • Visualize the urge dissolving into white heat.

0:25 - 0:30 (Exhale Phase)

  • Release everything.
  • Exhale through mouth.
  • Open hands, relax jaw, drop shoulders.
  • Feel the "shiver" of energy distributing through your body.

Why We Added the "Jaw Clench"

In our initial "5-Step" testing, users reported that energy would rise but then "slip" back down during the Hold phase. We discovered that a relaxed jaw signals the body to "let go." By adding the Jaw Clench, you create a "top lock" that traps the energy in the cranium, forcing it to be metabolized by the brain for focus.

Master this. This is not meditation. This is a workout.
